I just wanted to thank Power 2 Party for playing at my daughters (Rachel Harris/Dan Heath) wedding on Saturday evening at the Four Seasons, i have been to a ton of weddings this past 2 years (Rachel has been in 12) and i don't think i have ever seen a dance floor as packed as saturday nights dance floor was. The band killed it from the minute they started playing until the last song was played. I loved that members of the band came onto the dance floor to hype people up, i even got to live out my dream up being a back up dancer when i think your lead singer had rachel and myself dance with her to proud mary!

They were AMAZING and i can't thank you and Sam Hill enough for all that you did to make saturday evening so amazing. Rachel had said she had 3 things that were a must, lot's of booze, great food and a packed dance floor.....Power 2 Party fulfilled that for sure!

We LOVEDDDD the band, but not just us— our guests, the planner, the caterer… no exaggeration we have received hundreds of compliments on them being “the best band ever”. They played from 53010pm with one break…. It was amazing! The dance floor was packed— our planner said at one point she looked and she thinks about 10 people were sitting down (out of 165 guests). Please tell them how much fun everyone had… but I think they know!
The planner said they were so wonderful to work with, so flexible with timing (we ended up moving the ceremony up slightly due to rain) and not a bit ‘divaesque’.
They listened to my requests of what to play/not play, faded our first dance music exactly where they were supposed to, and played our own playlist during breaks like we asked. I really have nothing but the very best to say about them!! Even the bill payer (my dad) said it was money well spent.
You have been my only contact with Sam Hill, but it’s been so nice and easy. I appreciate your quick and friendly responses! The portal was user friendly and helpful.
My cousin is already dying to book them for her future wedding. We will definitely be recommending Power2Party to everyone (and I think our guests will be too)!

Music is my great love in life and it was the part of the planning process that I felt most excited aboutPower 2 Party was everything I had hoped for AND more. They put on the best dance party of my life. With the skill of excellent musicians and the social intelligence to understand the crowd, they know how to keep the energy level up. They never took a break once they started, they interacted with guests, and they put on an incredible show. The band was excellent. I was VERY impressed with their stage presence and overall performance. I was told by our wedding planner Crystal that they pack dance floors and that is exactly what they did. Nonbias opinion, they were the best wedding band I’ve ever experienced and the rest of the guests would also agree. They played most, if not all, of our must plays and I do not recall them playing anything we didn’t like. Power 2 Party was everything I hoped they would be and more. They were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I had about 110 guests attend the wedding and I can't think of a single guest who DIDN'T approach me at some point to tell me that Power 2 Party was by far the best wedding band they've ever seen.
And I even had dozens of other guests tell me they would pay money just to see them in concert.
Even during the wedding while we were all on the dance floor, one by one guests would come up and tap me on the shoulder and say, this band is incredible or this band is amazing.
And because of them, several guests even told me point blank this was legitimately the greatest wedding I have ever attended. That was my goal, and Power 2 Party helped me set the bar really high.
They brought such an incredible energy and electricity and people couldn't help but get on the dance floor. And for the few who sat on the sidelines, you could tell they were just mesmerized by the band and they were sitting at their tables recording them on their phones as if they were witnessing the greatest concert ever seen.
I didn't even realize until two hours in that one of the performers was in a walking boot. She was moving about the stage just as well as anyone else and she did it all with whatever injury she's enduring. That's quite the dedication to her craft and to entertaining a crowd.
EVERYONE was asking me where I found the band and how I got them so the name Sam Hill Entertainment is now well ingrained in the heads of my guests. The bride's mother already said she wants to hire them for a large joint birthday celebration she plans to have with her friends.
And my cousin who is getting married next year in South Carolina said she was interested in looking into hiring them.
People are already telling me I should have an anniversary party every year and hire Power 2 Party for each one.
The party was 3 days ago and people are still continuing to text me and post on social media about how amazing the band was. They were SO FREAKING GOOD.

They played both oldies/motown as well as more of today's hits, which was exactly what I was looking for typically bands stick with one genre and the variety was everything!
Literally from the first song we had people on the dance floor. It didn't stop all night people skipped dinner to dance which in my opinion as the bride was unbelievable. The energy, the vocalists, the horns if they did concerts, I'd go! They were that good. When I spoke with the manager, he said we don't stop! and I knew that our guests were equally as high energy. We shared a quick note to the band leader, which I'm hoping they received, to let them know how amazing we think they are and how much we appreciate them! We have already shared with our friends and family the band name and details so we are definitely hopeful that we will see them very soon at upcoming weddings where we will be attending! If not, we'll need to find an excuse to hire them for something else where we could have them perform :)

Power 2 Party was amazing!!! I could not have been happier or more pleased with them. Almost all the people at this wedding had attended another wedding who hired a band that was $20K++(16 piece) and they liked Power 2 Party better. All the lead female singers were amazing and the male singer was just incredible. They engaged well with the crowd and as the night went on the male lead singer started a spin the bottle dance circle! This was soooooo much fun. I danced all night and luckily I brought tennis shoes to wear after the wedding part was over!

There are no words to express my gratitude for you, Power 2 Party and Sam Hill entertainment for working with us and being flexible over the last 2 years. Rescheduling our wedding numerous times due to COVID was not what I had envisioned and you guys made it so much easier on us.
In terms of the band, I don’t have enough good things to say. I loved the music, their wardrobe and the people immensely. James Lucas was excellent with communication and my wedding planner loved working with them. They arrived on time, were professional and learned our first dance song. They were flexible when one of our groomsmen couldn’t make it last minute and relearned the order of introductions. People kept raving about our music, wanting to know their name and wanting them for their events.

The wedding was everything we had hoped and prayed for! The band was awesome! Everyone loved them. Lots of dancing and the bride and groom could not have been happier with them. It was a concern of how it would work out with Covid 19, but they were roped off from the guests and we haven’t heard of anyone who has gotten sick. The Piedmont Club staff enjoyed them too! Power 2 Party Band was absolutely THE BEST group of people I have ever been entertained by as well as one of the best vendors we had the day of the wedding. From the very beginning of the day to the very last minute of the evening was nothing but pure professionalism!  They were extremely polite to talk to as we walked in and out for pictures.  They even kept the music levels down so we were able to enjoy our time while in the bridal & groom suites.  When it came time for the reception, they were absolutely the highlight of the entire evening!  Their choice in music, their dancing and interaction with the guests, as well as highlighting the bride and groom was all done in the classiest most professional manner possible!  I have  never been to a wedding reception with a more enthusiastic, entertaining, and professional group of musicians in my life.  They kept the crowd going from the minute they started until the very last minute of the evening.  I have had so many guests see me personally, call, and text about how absolutely wonderful the band was the entire evening.  I don't even know how to begin to describe the feeling we had as we were riding home for the night. It was a feeling of pure satisfaction that the wedding for our daughter was absolutely her dream come true wedding. The memories that we hold will be for a lifetime thanks to Sam Hill Entertainment and Power 2 Party!

As mother of the bride, I can say “ what a party”!
We had 230 guests and only a handful were in their seats at any given moment. From the first song to the last song, the dance floor was crammed and everyone was thrilled! My 80 year old mother never sat a song out! Power 2 Party was full of energy, engaging and made everyone feel the same! I have already shared their information to 1 guest. I have no complaints, only praise for this band.

Power 2 Party was INCREDIBLE!  Wow Wow Wow our dinner went an hour longer than expected so wedding guests were ready to party and P2P delivered nonSTOP. The musicianship was exceptional, everything from vocals to sax to cowbell!! Their interaction was also amazing my 89 year old grandma was sitting next to the dance floor but grooving in her chair, and the singers noticed and came over and sang to her made her night!! Guests keep coming up to me saying they are the best/most fun wedding band they have ever seen. I also had a few song requests and organized a surprise song and dance for my groom P2P was amazing to work with, learned all of the songs and did a great job!! Could not recommend more highly!

This is great to hear as the hosts of the party, and y’all definitely kept the party going! You have amazing crowd engagement, and you are also obviously an extremely talented group. Additionally, every member of the band that I spoke to was so kind, and it’s clear that professionalism is one of your top priorities. Jennifer was also very complimentary of your professionalism, communication, and flexibility. She had never worked with a Sam Hill band before so I’m glad that she got such a good one on her first go :)
Picking a band was overwhelming and it’s hard to know if you made the right choice just going off of videos and recordings, but we were so so so happy with y’all and we are also so grateful that you learned our first dance song. That made it really special to have it performed live rather than recorded. I just can’t get over the weekend as a whole and I wish we could go back and do it all again! I can’t wait to see (and laugh at) the pictures and video of the night because my bridesmaids were having a TIME up front.

Thanks for your email. Bryan and I just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to follow up with you. First, we cannot give enough positive praise for Power 2 Party! They were absolutely AMAZING! From the minute I walked into the reception I had guests asking me the name of the band and where they were from because they were blown away by every detail the vocals, musicianship, dancing/choreography, and song selection. Even last night our friends were still raving about P2P. I can't tell you how many guests told me it was the best or one of the best parties/wedding receptions they had ever been to because of P2P. Bryan and I spent hours upon hours trying to pick out a band but in the end it was all well worth it!!
Working with Sam Hill has also been seamless! We chatted with several other entertainment agencies, but unlike others, we never felt overwhelmed or hounded by the process with Sam Hill. It was all very straightforward and everything was very clearly communicated to us. Thank you for making the process so simple! Finding a band was the most challenging part of our wedding planning process. If we would've discovered Sam Hill earlier, it would've saved us lots of time. Going forward I will be sure to recommend P2P and Sam Hill to anyone looking for a band.
