| Leah is no stranger to Sam Hill - after years of befriending Sam Hill agents one at a time, she finally talked Hank into hiring her. While waiting to work at Sam Hill, Leah sold advertising for The Hook and then sold real estate in the Charlottesville area. A graduate of James Madison University, Leah spent her college summers in Charlottesville teaching at the UVA Young Writers Workshop and eventually decided to call C-Ville home. One of the things that drew her to this area, and Sam Hill, is her love of live music and creative people. If you happen to be in a room with Leah and a guitar, ask her to play you the 5 chords she has almost mastered--she has been practicing them diligently for the past 20 years and hopes to one day be able to play without looking at her hands. |

| Hank Wells is the guy who started all this nonsense
way back in 1995. Merely trying to avoid taking a real job,
he had no idea how many social chairs, brides and event planners
and would become loyal clients over the years and is thankful
for each and every one. Outside the office Hank competes in
triathlons, snowboards, likes racket sports, digs twangy music
and remains in relentless pursuit of the perfect Italian sub. |

Andy has helped clients book over 2,700 events
in the past 6 years, including over 1,500 weddings. He
sometimes wishes he could have shared a slice of wedding
cake with every happy couple, but then he realizes that’s
way too much cake for any mortal man. Andy enjoys supporting
his alma mater University of Virginia (he was class of '99),
watching the Atlanta Braves, traveling with his wife Jenny,
bowling with his buddies, and walking his dog Dougie.
Ask him about his own wedding in ’04 and the band that
played, Ban
Caribe. Or you can ask him about the
75 Phish concerts he attended between '93 and '04 ...
he remembers most of them. |

Justin will always be known as the first man
to ever play drums in the new Charlottesville Pavillion, performing
with his group Man Mountain Jr. on the opening night in the
summer of 2005 with headliner Karl Denson's Tiny Universe.
A former ticketing manager with Musictoday.com Justin knows
how to "run the show." His experience includes being involved
with events like the Bonnaroo Music Festival, The All Good
Music Festival, Wakarusa, The New Orleans Jazz Festival and
The Academy of Country Music Awards. Justin has continued his
involvement with the All Good Music Festival as the Box Office
Manager, and he still actively performs and records with Man
Mountain Jr.

Originally from New York, Mike really considers Fredericksburg, Virginia to be his hometown. There, he accumulated over 25 years of music performance experience and a lengthy marketing background. Mike can locate the most demographically appropriate music as well as the 220 volt outlet behind the stage. No one is really sure just how old Mike is, though he attributes his “youthiness” to preservatives and Yellow Dye #5. When he’s not working, Mike continues his pursuit of the perfect bass tone and striking a balance between work, his wife Julie, their two dogs and, of course, their two-year old triplets! |

| A native of New Orleans, Andrew also spent some
time growing up in Paris, France. His cultured past makes him
a music aficionado, as evidenced by his undying love for the
Stone Temple Pilots. Andrew was a tennis superstar at Washington & Lee
University (class of ’03) until his junior year when
he decided to move on to concentrate on his still mediocre
guitar playing skills. He’s really great to work with,
just don’t call him on Mondays directly following a New
Orleans Saints loss. |

| Besides being the tallest employee in the history
of Sam Hill Entertainment, Charlie handles Carolina college bookings, artist materials and website upkeep. He's no
stranger to the Carolinas, having spent his college years at
East Carolina running sound and booking gigs for
the jazz-funk outfit Pockit. When he's off the job, Charlie
can be found road-tripping to a show, at a UVA sporting event,
rocking out on the sax, or seeking out the perfect cup of coffee.
He hopes Agents of Good Roots will re-form permanently someday. |
