Biography: Stacy Hobbs

Stacy plays an exciting brand of fingerstyle music. Utilizing unorthodox tunings and right hand fretting techniques are part of what makes his style so captivating to the audience, but playing with feeling and heart are the true driving forces behind Stacy's music.
Stacy Hobbs is one of just a handful of Master Harp guitarists in today's acoustic music scene. His playing has garnered him awards, repeat bookings, peer recognition, a position teaching master class workshops on composition and hundreds of satisfied clients. He was also a featured performer on the documentary "In Search of the Harp Guitar," and has recorded for PBS specials and other documentaries as well.
Stacy has been a full time performer, recording artist and teacher of music for over twenty years.
