Biography: Nancy Atlas Band

After studying art history abroad at Cambridge University, Nancy Atlas picked up a guitar at 21 and never looked back. Voted "BEST OF THE BEST" Band and/or Singer for the last five years by Dans Papers, this band truly ROCKS. Nancy Atlas has been dubbed "Queen of the Hamptons Rock Scene" and opened up for everyone under the sun (Elvis Costello, Bon Jovi, Paul Simon... to name a few) .
Her ability read a crowd and keep them on the dance floor is legendary and probably the main reason that her group, The Nancy Atlas Project, has been the house band at the Famous Stephen Talkhouse for the last 8 years. If you are looking for a Band that will blow the roof off your event and have all the guests talking about it the next day then look no further. This is it. Nancy's powerful raspy rock voice fits perfectly with the Rock, Reggae and standard cocktail covers the band is known for.
